Blood Ritual description needs to be changed
It currently says "Sacrifice 17% maximum Health. For 8...13 seconds, target touched ally gains +3 Energy regeneration. Blood Ritual cannot be used on the caster." Although there's nothing wrong with how that looks, why not simply replace "target touched ally" with "target touched other ally" and remove the "cannot be used on the caster" line completely?
Makes sense to me.

Not a life threatening thing that people will die over. Anet won't even bother.
As long as people understand the skill and its duties, Anet probably won't change it =(

Not all skills need follow the same law of description.
Its like saying all attack skill should say "This attack deals 20 damage, if hits" and not "If this attack hits, it deals 20 damage".

You ever played MTG?
Firstly, let's just assume for a moment that these two games share a lot.
MTG does a lot to make the cards easier to understand, by making the descibtions similar, especially with older cards. This makes it easier for new players and older players alike to understand what the card exactly does.
I believe the same thing to Guild Wars.

I agree with Deleet. I've played MTG since Ice Age and it's so much easier if they make two cards that do the same thing say the same thing. 'Haste' can be said in so many ways in MTG...

Irresistible Blow: "If this attack hits, you deal +5..20 damage."
Backbreaker: "If Backbreaker hits, you strike for +1..20 damage..."
Galrath Slash: "This attack strikes for +1..40 damage if it hits."
Final Thrust: "If Final Thrust hits, you deal 1..40 more damage."
Agonizing Chop: "When this attack hits, you deal +5..20 damage."
Critical Chop: "If this attack hits, you inflict +5..20 damage."
Leaping Mantis Sting: "If Leaping Mantis Sting hits, target foe takes +14..20 damage."
Bigger fish to fry. Compare Mending Touch to Blood Ritual, the former doesn't even have the word "target" in it.

While its not that major a problem, I doubt it will be much work for ANET to fix it. Just change the text in the skill description. Lets say 1 minute to pull up the file, 1 minute to rewrite the text, another minute to save it for distribution with the next update. So thats 3 minutes work per skill. Especially if they already have a list of what needs changing. The longest part is going through all the skills to find those inconsistencies in the skill text, and we can do that part.
/signed, but I don't expect ANET to be looking for these, just fixing what we notice (which should be all of them).
